Montserrat reggae artist Nerisa reached #1 with debut track Where Is The Love. The female reggae artist has topped the charts of the Arrow International Music Charts hosted on Radio Montserrat (www.zjb.gov.ms) The track has been getting massive airplay through out the 2009 festival season. The reggae artist has been performing on the most prestige shows throughout the season and has been building her fan base respectively through the live performances which has been captivating to all who has experience her on stage.
